1) Selecting finishing materials (wallpaper, tiles, lamps, parquet, furniture, etc) in shops according to the schedule provided by the builders;
2) Visiting the site according to the schedule approved by the builders;
3) Consulting the Client and the builders on remodel;
4) Coordinating performance of design subcontractors (responsible for HVAC, burglar alarms, fire alarm systems).
