Stage I: Measurements

Measurements are to be made after building main walls, roof and floor decks, if temperature conditions are suitable for work.

Result: dimension plan

Stage II: Space-Planning Decision

Planning of space, furniture and bath fixtures layout

Time-frame: first proposal after two weeks

Result: initial proposal shall include at least three remodeling projects. If none of the proposed projects satisfy the Client, development of remodeling projects will continue until cleared by the Client.

Final result: Layout with furniture and bath fixtures arrangements.

Stage III: Development of Drafting Design

Computer modeling of rooms with photographic accuracy (using real materials, furniture, fixtures lamps, etc.).

Time-frame: within one month

Result: a design option for each room. If the proposed options do not satisfy the Client, the draft design will be respectively altered until cleared by the Client.

Stage IV: Project Development

Time-frame: within one month

Result:

1) Structural:

• Project structure, legend, notes;
• Key plans and sections;
• Walls and partitions layout;
• Floor;
• Ceiling;
• Ceiling lighting;
• Wiring diagram;
• Electrical layout;
• Equipment layout;
• Necessary sections, fragments, etc.;
• Furniture arrangement;
• Architectural plan;
• Aggregate specifications (calculation of amount of finishing materials)

2) Design calculation shall be made if the Contractor deems it necessary on completion of Stage II, depending on the planning decision.

5) HVAC

The need to implement sections 3, 4 and 5 of the detailed project shall be discussed with the Client.
