It all started with my husband meekly hinting that maybe we could do with a small bathhouse at our dacha, a really tiny one, 25 m2 only… Preferably a timber one, preferably a ready-made one. However, a designer wife is both husband’s fate and karma. Without much deliberation it was decided that in our main house we were desperately wanting more space for parties and also a solarium, a guestroom, a court with a great dinner table, protected both from wind and rain, and, finally, a bathhouse with a tub that we would be able to turn into an open air pool in summer. All of the above was accomplished in a building of 84 m2.
