The master of this apartment was born and raised in this old district and has always dreamed of returning to the place where his childhood passed. Good that dreams come true, then. An apartment with a view over the rooftops of the beloved old district… We really wanted to have a fireplace, but a real fireplace it turned out it was impossible to fit in. We found a solution in the form of a biofireplace which looks the part and warms up the room in just the same way. We dreamed of a glass roof with a view of the sky, but that was too expensive. So we installed a zenith lamp with a complete imitation of sky. A bathroom with natural sunlight? Also possible despite there being no suitable windowed room. While at it, we broadened the small window-door in the kitchen, turning it into a glass wall and letting into the room even more light and the dear old rooftops.
